The collection garden is currently closed, but we look forward to seeing you again this summer.
The Dahlia Garden is open daily between 9am to 5pm from mid-July to the end of September usually on an “open but unattended basis” at no charge. The opening period may be extended to October pending weather conditions and the Dahlia’s remaining in flower ~ check the website for details.
Car parking is also free and is immediately adjacent to the garden. Should the garden be unattended during your visit there are plants for sale with an “honesty box” in the adjacent tunnel.
Disabled Access ~ The Collection is located in a field with grass walkways and consequently the terrain can be soft at times depending on the weather conditions. There is ample width for access as we aim to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.
There are toilet facilities located on site for your convenience.
Dogs on leads are welcome, but please clear up after them and use the waste bins provided.
We do from time to time host visits from Gardening Clubs. If you are interested in this sort of visit please contact us by e mail on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, this is a working farm and any closed gates must be closed behind you. On the farm premises and particularly in the entrance and gate ways be aware of the moving farm vehicles and equipment. You are on the premises at your own risk.
Opens Jan 20th
Our pop-up stand will be open every Friday and Saturday from 10am until 4pm.
We’ll be selling dahlia tubers and seeds, calendars, Amaryllis bulbs, Agapanthus plants, and daffodil flowers.
You’ll also be able to place your dahlia cutting/garden ready orders, and members of the National Dahlia Collection team will be on hand to answer any dahlia related questions you may have.
